Weather and service update – UPDATED 9 March 2018

Due to the adverse weather conditions, the following council run services were affected:
Refuse and Recycling Collections
Due to the heavy snow and unsafe working conditions, we were unable to complete collections Thursday, 1 March, and all collections were suspended Friday, 2 March.
Normal service resumed Monday, 5 March and all collections missed from Thursday, 1 and Friday, 2 March have now been completed.
Mid Devon Leisure Centres
Our Leisure Centres reopened as normal from Monday, 5 March.
Office opening hours
Our offices at Phoenix House, Tiverton reopened Monday, 5 March as normal.
In the event of out-of-hours emergencies, our Standby Officers can be reached using our main switchboard number 01884 255255.
Our services are now back to normal.
Local Welfare Assistance
Wiser£Money staff have been available to provide support from Monday, 5th March.
