Waste Supplementary Planning Document Consultation
Posted on: 7 October 2016
We’re seeking views on waste and recycling storage for new residential properties.
Local people have a second opportunity to have their say on a new Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), ‘Refuse storage for new residential properties’, which will provide guidance on the design of waste and recycling storage for all types of properties in Mid Devon.
An initial consultation was held earlier this year on the scope of the new SPD. Since then, responses have been taken into account and a draft SPD prepared which is now out for consultation until 21 November 2016.
About this consultation
The draft SPD and associated documents are available on the Council’s website at:
Hard copies of the draft SPD are also available at the Council’s main office and at Mid Devon Libraries during normal opening hours. Public consultation commences 10 October 2016.
