The Guinness Partnership, together with support from Mid Devon District Council and the Homes & Communities Agency, will provide 15 affordable rented homes for local people. Work on the site, which is currently owned by The Duchy of Cornwall, will start in the late summer to create homes which are sustainable, homes which reflect the needs of the community in the area and homes to be proud of.

The Guinness Partnership is a charitable ‘not for profit’ housing association with an excellent reputation for developing quality housing. With local housing management staff and local maintenance contractors, they pride themselves on being part of the community.
