Get your meat from Tiverton Market
Posted on: 27 October 2016
Tiverton Market is growing! With an increased interest from new traders, the Market now offers a full complement of food products at its Friday General Market.
Alan Ottey, Town Centre Manager and Co-Manager for Tiverton Pannier Market said “We are encouraging local produce back into the local community via the traditional method of a market and are delighted to welcome new traders”.
G&M Butchers is one of the new traders bringing back the offer of fresh meat which hasn’t been at the Market for a number of years.
Gary Zietz from G&M has been a butcher since he was 15. All meat sold on his market stall is sourced from local farms; all products are also free range. The stall offers cooked meats, black and white pudding, gammon joints, sliced bacon, homemade pies, homemade sausages and burgers, rump and ribeye steaks, lamb joints, lamb chops and pork steaks. They also take orders, so you can make sure you have the meat you want!
Customers can complete their food shop with products from our other stalls including fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, eggs, bread and pastries, sauces and spices, cheeses, pates and other yummy delights. Don’t forget dessert! We have a range of stalls offering sweet treats as well.
Any other local producers interested in showcasing their offer at the Market should contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
