All work and no play?

Posted on: 12 June 2015

All work and no play? That’s not good for anyone!

Taking regular exercise is beneficial in so many ways, including relaxing and releasing the stress of the summer study term. With our offer you can feel great and enjoy unlimited access to swimming pools, gyms, racquet sports and if you’re 16 years+, fitness classes too. We’ll even throw in a free fitness induction session or refresher.

There are two ‘all work and no play’ options, one for full time students aged 11 – 15 and one for those over 16 years. Both include unlimited public swimming and racquet sports. Use of our gyms is also included and under 16 year olds can attend Teen Gym after a Teen Gym induction session. With the latest interactive fitness equipment, surf the internet or watch television as you clock up the miles or minutes on our top range cardio-vascular equipment. Keeping in shape has never been more fun.

For those of more mature years, there are over 65 ‘off peak’ fitness classes each week in the Mid Devon Leisure centres to choose from, and the sauna is also included at Lords Meadow.

There’s no joining fee or on-going commitment, just a great opportunity to purchase a 3 month membership for less than £20 per week, enabling you to use our Centres every day if you want to!
